Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Cut the fish into tiny pieces.
  • Dice the onion, chop the carrots, cut the garlic and ginger, and cube the potato.

Saute Aromatics:

  • Add the chopped onion to vegetable oil and cook for about 5 minutes, or until it turns soft.
  • Add the ginger and garlic and heat for a further 2 minutes.

Cook Vegetables:

  • Add the cubed potato and sliced carrots to the pan.
  • Simmer for roughly 5 minutes, stirring now and then.
